PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of cut length by constructing the captioned device so as to adding for correction a correction amount by sampling time to a standard cut length in said device, wherein a running strip is fed in a constant length and cut. CONSTITUTION:A strip cut length 9 and a fixed correction amount 10 caused by mechanical operation time of a shear device itself and control system delay time, etc., are processed in a subtraction circuit 11, and REF14 is taken out and inputted into a subtraction circuit 16. By contrast, a sampling time correction amount 15 which is estimated as Ls/2=VXT/2 from sampling time T of a programable controller and a line speed V, is inputted into a subtraction circuit 16, and cut REF12, a calculated result is inputted into a comparison circuit 13, and compared with a pulse counter value 8, allowing a cut length to be controlled. With such constitution, cut accuracy can be improved with simple configuration. |
