PURPOSE:To facilitate collection of abnormal data by dialing a prescribed telephone numbers when abnormality occurs to the automatic switchboard, and by stopping collection of data from the automatic switchboard to the sequence monitoring device. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed extension number is dialed when a user of the automatic switchboard notices any errors in a control program for an automatic switchboard 30. An extension control processor 32 detecting the dial informs a network control processor 34 of the face through a communications bus 31. The processor 34 receives the communication for dial detection, and then gives instructions of stopping data collection to a monitor 40 through a control line 44 to the monitor means 40. The means 40 actuates a control program 51 for stopping monitoring, and informs a bus monitor/collection program 52 of the data collection stop through a real time monitor program 50, thereby allowing collection of a condition of the bus 31 at the abnormal moment. |
