PURPOSE:To attain high reliability by providing a thin part to a storage part, utilizing the elasticity of the thin part and clipping a spurious reflection absorbing member to avoid crack or removal of a lead at shock such as drop relating to the ultrasonic wave delay line used for a television receiver and a VTR video camera or the like. CONSTITUTION:A convexed part 4c is provided to the storage part 4c to form the thin part 4d in matching with the mounting position of the spurious reflection absorbing member 3, the elasticity of the thin part 4d is used to chip the spurious reflecting absorbing member 3 and a glass delay medium 2 is supported and fixed and stored in a package 4. Since the spurious reflection absorbing member 3 is clipped by using the elasticity of the thin part 4d in this way, the glass delay medium 2 is not moved at shock such as drop and the crack of the glass delay medium 2 due to the contact between the glass delay medium 2 and the package 4 is avoided and no tensile strength is exerted to a lead 7, then the lead 7 is not removed from the transducer 1 and the reliability as the ultrasonic wave delay line is attained. |
