PURPOSE:To continuously rotate a rotor in a cylinder by utilizing the mutual action between a permanent magnet mounted in the cylinder and a permanent magnet mounted in a rotor contained in the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of permenanet magnets 2 are mounted on the inner periphery of a cylinder 1. On the other hand, a plurality of permanent magnets 6 are mounted on the outer periphery of a rotor 5 mounted on a rotational shaft 4. The outer periphery of the rotor 5 is formed in an arcuate shape, and with projections 7. The inner periphery of the cylinder 1 is also formed in an arcuate shape, and with projections 3.
