The crane girder (20) is formed by a tubular section (21) which gives it a closed girder profile. This tubular section (21) is welded at both ends to an end plate (22, 23). There are no partition walls in between. To introduce the load, at least two track profiles (31, 32) are welded to the girder profile (21). <IMAGE>
