PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cavitation by keeping a selector valve on the upstream side at neutral position and throttling the passage on the return side of an actuator when a tandem passage communicates. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary spool 20 is installed inside a selector valve 14, and a selector valve 13 on the upstream side is kept at neutral position, and when a tandem passage communicates, the pressure in the tandem passage acts onto the auxiliary spool 20 of the selector valve 14, and the cmmunication passage between the actuator port of the selector valve 14 and a tank passage is throttled. Thus, meter-out control is formed, and the generation of cavitation is prevented.
