PURPOSE:To enable to extinguish flames in a very short time and not to produce offensive odor after flames are extinguished, by constituting a kerosene stove in such a manner that fuel and fuel gas are not fed to a burner after a flame extinguishing operation is actuated. CONSTITUTION:A fuel stopping means 6 provided on the way of a fuel pipe 4 is the open-close valve of an oil level regulator 8, and the open-close valve is driven by a solenoid 16 besides a manually operated knob 15, constituting a solenoid-operated valve 5. A suction pump 7 sucks fuel remaining in the fuel pipe 4 to return it to a constant oil level regulator 1 when the fuel stopping means 6 is closed by a flame extinguishing operation. The air remaining in a burner 3 which is the open end of a fuel pipe 4 is sucked by the pump 7 and it is returned to the constant oil level regulator 1, accordingly fuel and fuel evaporated gas do not flow into the burner 3 at all after a flame extinguishing operation is actuated. Since fuel feeding is stopped, the burner 3 is immediately extinguished after the remaining fuel has been burned out. |
