DRUM WORKING METHOD OF ALUMINUM TUBE CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To form hairline pattern in inline by contacting a wire wheel against an aluminum tube container provided on a mandrel then sliding axially through continual motion of bite. CONSTITUTION:A wire wheel 8 is contacted against an aluminum tube container T mounted on a mandrel 1 while rotating. Here, a shaft 6 is fitted slidably in a shaft 7 and rotate while sliding through continual motion of bite 3 then reset by a spring 9, thereby sliding is performed by transmitting the continual motion of bite 3 to a rolling member 10 while further transmitting to a flange 12 provided on said member 10. Rotary motion of wire wheel against said container T in perpendicular direction and axial reciprocation of wire wheel are combined to produce complex motion for forming beautiful hairline pattern in inline on the copper portion of container T.
