PURPOSE:To lead out all terminal from the front, and to facilitate manufacture by exposing one part of a conductor substrate, forming an amorphous semiconductor thin-film and fast sticking one part of at least one electric terminal to the conductor substrate. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous semiconductor thin-film 2 is mask-evaporated on a conductor substrate 1. A transparent electrode is evaporated, and patterns 3, 4 are photoetched to the transparent electrode. The exposing section of the substrate 1 can also be formed before shaping the transparent electrode through photoetching, screen printing mask etching, etc. in place of masking. Masking for leading out a grounding terminal to the front can function as the masking of a cut section on mass production in combination. According to the constitution, all electric terminals can be lead out easily from the front without increasing man-hours on manufacture. |
