PURPOSE:To improve the cutting accuracy and to reduce the size and weight by providing a plurality of grinding wheel rings integrally in parallel with predetermined interval on the surface of metal tube while forming an abrasive grain layer on the surface of grinding wheel table thereby eliminating assembling work requiring skill and time. CONSTITUTION:Four grinding wheel tables 8 are formed in parallel with predetermined interval through mechanical working on a tubular member 7 made of stainless steel, then the portion except said table 8 is coated with acid-proof, alkali-resistant resist and washed with acid then water thereafter galvanization is performed to repeat acid and water washing to perform co-deposition galvanization of diamond abrasive grain and nickel. Co-deposition galvanization is performed again under different condition then galvanization resist is removed to produce a grinding wheel formed with abrasive grain layer produced through co- deposition of diamond and nickel on the surface of said table 8. Consequently, grinding wheel having high parallelism and high accuracy of pitch while reduced weight and size where the grinding wheel table is reusable can be produced with low cost and high productionability. |
