PURPOSE:To miniaturize a comb line filter by connecting a chip form impedance element directly on an input/output transducer of an ultrasonic wave delay line to eliminate the need for a special space for arranging an impedance element. CONSTITUTION:The chip impedance element 14 is connected directly to the upside of the input/output transducers 12, 13, the electrode of the input/output transducers 12, 13 and the electrode of the impedance element 14 are connected electrically by connecting parts 15, 16 and also input/output leads 17, 18 are extracted. A captgion 19 is an earth lead and the connecting parts 15, 16 are made of a conductive adhesives or solder. A signal applied to the input lead 17 is converted into an ultrasonic wave by the input transducer 12, propagated in an ultrasonic delay medium 11 and converted again into an electric signal by the output transducer 13 and outputted as a signal subjected to a prescribed time of delay and a bypass signal through the chip impedance element 14 is outputted at the same time to attain a comb line filter characteristic. |
