PURPOSE:To obtain a healthy drink having medicinal effect, remedying effect, and a large amount of nutritive components, by processing maize and Lentinus edodes into powder. CONSTITUTION:Selected unpolished grains of maize are immsered in alkali ion water for 3-5hr, dried, roasted by an automatic roaster by a high fire into a semiexpanded state at a stretch, one grain is crushed into about 8-14 parts to give unpolished grains of maize, which is blended with palp obtained by washing palp of female flower of maize, drying it, cutting into about 1-1.5cm pieces, roasting it by a roaster by a low fire for a short time and dried and ground Lentinus edodes in a proper ratio to give a material like tea. The material like tea thus obtained provides a healthy drink having medicinal effect, remedying effect, a large amount of nutritive components, mild fragrance and taste. |
