PURPOSE:To increase the solvent resistance by forming a module of hollow fibers of a high molecular polymer contg. fluorine, and immersing the module into an amine or the soln. of the amine. CONSTITUTION:An amine or the soln. of the amine 11 is passed through the hollow part of a hollow fiber by a pump 12 from a hole 7 provided to one lid body 6 of lid bodies 6 and 6' which are fixed to both ends of a casing of a hollow fiber module 13 through an O-ring to a hole 7' of the lid body 6', then passed through a back-pressure vaslve 14, passed through the outside of the hollow fiber from one hole 9 to the other hole 9' which are provided to the drum of the casing opposite each other, and circulated. At this time, the permeation of the amine or the soln. thereof through the thick thickness part of the hollow fiber can be facilitated by throttling the back-pressure valve 14.
