The shoe insert is provided with a leather upper part which covers a plastic part and is provided with profilings. The outside of the plastic part, which faces the leather upper part, has a profiling which corresponds to the profiling of the leather upper part. The profiling of the leather upper part, which is designed as far as the rear side of the leather upper part, is supported by the profile of the plastic part. As a result, the profiling of the upper part cannot be pressed flat even after walking for a relatively long time.
