PURPOSE:To transmit a message properly from the first at all times for the calling from multiple lines by storing divided information for synthesizing the message to be notified, and synthesizing the message after calculating the information, and transmitting the message. CONSTITUTION:When a calling signal is inputted to one of lines 1-n, for example, a terminal 1-1 of the line 1, a detection circuit 1-2 detects the signal, and said signal is inputted to a CPU8 through an interface 11. The CPU8 closes a relay 1-3-1 and the line 1 is connected to a transmitter 4. At the same time, the CPU8 gives a generation start signal to a voice synthesizing circuit 1-6, and sets the address counter of the line 1 at the start position. The voice synthesizing circuit 1-6 requests sequentially, for example, the transfer of the information of a voice-feature parameter of 1 frame at every 25ms for a memory 7 by control of the CPU8, and transmits the message to the line 1 by synthesizing 1-6 and by amplifying 1-5. When the calling signal is inputted from other lines during transmission, the message is transmitted in the same way as mentioned above. Thus, the message can be always transmitted from the beginning. |
