发明名称 GRINDING METHOD OF CRANK SHAFT
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable grinding through one type grinding wheel thus to reduce the working cost by moving a grinding wheel narrower than the working width while provided with curved faces at the opposite ends relatively and perpendicularly against the shaft then partitioning the working width and applying plunge polishing thereafter applying traverse polishing in parallel upto the finish dimension. CONSTITUTION:First and fourth pin sections are matched with the center of spindle then a motor is operated to bring a grinding wheel 14 near to 14a to apply plunge grinding upto specific outer diameter and to retreat by LB. Then pulse is fed to the motor to bring the grinding wheel 14 to center position CP and to move the table, thereafter the grinding wheel 14 is advanced by LB+DELTAL to further bite by DELTAL thus to grind the outer diameter face of pin section P1 in step. Then forward rotation pulses corresponding in number with the distance LB are fed to the motor to plunge grind the outer diameter of pin section P1 while pulses are fed to the motor to work the curved face section at the right end of pin section P1 untill reaching to specific dimension. Thereafter, pulses are distributed simultaneously to the motor to perform traverse grinding thus to perform finishing of the curved face section at the left end of pin section P1.
