PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy of moving table by moving a threaded nut axially while rotating around a threaded shaft thereby feeding the movable table without subjecting to the influence of torsional deformation of threaded shaft due to rotation. CONSTITUTION:Upon supply of current to the motor coil of stator 14B in pulse motor 14, the rotor 14A will rotate to rotate the threaded nut 12 synchronously with the rotor 14A. Since the threaded shaft 11 is fixed, the threaded nut 12 will move in axial direction of threaded shaft 11 while rotating to move the stator 14B and moving table 16 is same direction without rotating through axial motion of threaded nut 12 thus to feed the moving table 16. Since the threaded nut 12 will move axially while rotating around the threaded shaft 11 to feed the moving table 16, it is not subjected to the torsional deformation of threaded shaft resulting in feeding with high positioning accuracy. |
