PURPOSE:To obtain a frequency/voltage converting circuit which is especially suited to formation of an IC with a simple constitution and a small amount of current consumption, by using a logical gate circuit consisting of an MOS transistor, etc. CONSTITUTION:A frequency signal is supplied from an oscillator 22 to an input terminal 14 of a logical gate circuit consisting of MOS transistors TR11 and 12. Thus the consumption currents IDD and ISS flowing to the electrodes to be controlled of the TR11 and 12 are proportional to the frequency signal. Then the current ISS is converted into the voltage signal by a capacitor C3 and amplified by a voltage amplifying circuit 24. This amplified signal is led to an output terminal 25. Then a voltage signal corresponding to said frequency signal is obtained. |
