PURPOSE:To obtain a desired current response even in a continuous mode by automatically controlling a parameter of a current control system so that a deviation between a load current model and the actually detected load current detection signal becomes zero. CONSTITUTION:An IREF applied by a current instruction setter 8 is inputted to a standard model circuit 91 and an adaptive controller 92 in a current control circuit 9. The circuit 91 outputs a model output IOUT exhibiting the desired responding characteristic. The controller 92 regulates parameters -p, -q so that the deviation between the model output IOUT and a current detection signal -IOUT becomes zero. A voltage command value EREF from the circuit 9 is supplied to a load system 4A which has a reverse cosine function unit, a firing controller, and a thyristor converter. |
