PURPOSE:To mass produce treating tools continuously by polishing a fiber rod to be fed to a rail on the upper face of blade by means of polishing roll at one side and a feed roll having spiral groove provided at the other side while inclining horizontally or vertically. CONSTITUTION:Fiber rod material (a) pre-cut into specific length is fed from the inlet side onto the rail face 1a of blade 1 between a polishing roll 2 while pressing against the face of feed roll 3. Since the feed roll 3 will catch the material (a) in the feed groove 3a and feed sequentially on the rail face 1a toward the outlet, the material (a) is polished by the polishing roll 2 and tapered toward the outlet to have base diameter of 1.2-0.7mm. and the end diameter of 0.6- 0.1mm.. In such a manner, fiber tube treating tool can be mass produced continuously. |
