PURPOSE:To enable stable removal of bead and simplify construction by pinching a shape steel from both sides of the shape steel transfer line symmetrically with a constraint roller and by pressing a rotary edge to cut the shape steel while positioning and guiding it. CONSTITUTION:A pair of profiling rollers 30, 30 are set so that circumferential edges of both sides of the rollers can profile both sides of the bead of a shape steel welded corner 8 being transferred by adjusting the position of a transfer rack 15, right and left inclination of a frame 18 and the height of the front portion of the frame 18, and the rollers 30, 30 are made to press the shape steel with predetermined pressure. Thus, bead of the welded corner 8 is cut by a rotary edge 21 while profiling the shape steel 14. Then the bead can be cut steadily and continuously. |
