PURPOSE:To perform tilting motion for both of a mirror visor and a mirror itself without any hindrance, by forming such a conical part as engaging each of engaging members elastically with each other at the vicinity of a boundary betwen a mirror stay and the mirror visor. CONSTITUTION:With an opening knob 35, when an operating lever 21 is rocked centering on a spherical part 22, a mirror holder 14 turns round in a horizontal direction with a ball bearing part 15 as a fulcrum point via a conical engaging members 25 and 31. At the turning operation of the operating knob 35, the mirror holder 14 is set in tilting motion in both vertical directions with the ball bearing part 15 as a fulcrum point by means of jagged teeth 33 of these conical engaging members 25 and 31. When a mirror visor 2 receives external force, these conical engaging members 25 and 31 separate from a relative position against a spring 26 whereby turning motion in the mirror visor 2 takes place without any hindrance. |
