PURPOSE:To side horizontally a hub to move it near a central shaft and to always hold a rotational center in the stable condition by providing an engaging part abutting a drive pin on the end part of an elastic body, and pressing the elastic body while traveling the drive pin in a guide groove. CONSTITUTION:A hub 7 made of plastic is formed by connecting an upper side hub constitution body 25, a lower side hub constitution body 26 and a sheet 28 into a solid construction. Connecting parts 15, which are slowly pushing out an annular guide grooves 18 and 18, are formed at both upper sides of said constitution body 25 and both lower sides of said constitution body 26. A rotational table 10 is composed of a hub mounting face 10a, a central shaft which is cut on the center of the face 10a and whose top is formed in a curved face, and a drive pin cut in the deviated location, and is positioned on the lower face of the hub 7. A hub retainer 11 is positioned on the upper side of the hub 7, and presses the hub 7 as if it is abutted on the hub mounting face 10a.
