Intracranial pressure sensor comprising a communication plug which is intended to be inserted in a hole formed in the skull-case and which carries tubes for providing a communication with the interior of the skull, this plug being constituted by a cylindrical body (1) of rigid or semi-rigid material provided with a top annular flange (3) for limiting the depth of penetration, characterized in that this seal carries at the end opposite to this annular flange a seal (6) of elastic material having an elastically deformable lip (9 or 9a) of frusto-conical shape, the base of which is directed towards the top annular flange (3) this seal being capable of ensuring the requisite leak-tightness against the wall of the corresponding hole by virtue of the fact that this seal is elastically impressed into the friable portion (diploe) of this wall.
