<p>A novel sense amplifier (30a) as provided for receiving a small differential input signal, such as from a memory cell storing data. The differential sense amplifier provides on a pair of output leads 30-3, 30-4 a differential impedance in response to said differential input signal. In one embodiment to this invention, the differential sense amplifier includes means D79, D80, D81, D82 for being selectively enabled and, when disabled, provides a high impedance on both differential output leads.</p> |
