PURPOSE:To enable sure control of tape position by supporting a tape guide supporting member to a moving member by an elastic body and pressing the tape guide supporting member against a position controlling member by reaction force. CONSTITUTION:During loading, a spring 62 is in contracted state, and an exit side base 29 is in the state jumped out from a turning member 30. At the time of completion of loading, the exit side base 29 is engaged to a groove of the position control member 46. At this time, if a loading ring 31 is rotated further, moving of the exit side base 29 is checked by th position control member 46, while a shaft fixed to the loading ring is moved. The spring 62 that connects the turning member 30 and exit side base 29 is elongated by this, and driving force of the loading ring becomes pressing force of the exit side base 29 to the position control member 46. Thus, the exit side base 29 is pressed surely against the position control member 46.
