PURPOSE:To facilitate correct mounting of a disk by coping with in good accuracy, by using a disk table elastically supported to allow vertical movement and by elastic widening structure of a collect itself. CONSTITUTION:A slanted face in which diameter of contact part 20a of the disk on outer peripheral side of the tip which is a face to which inner peripheral side of the center hole 2 of the disk 1 becomes gradually larger from diameter smaller than the center hole 2 of the disk and a vertical face of diameter slightly smaller than the center hole 2 of the disk are formed at the itp 20 of the collet 19. An inner peripheral side face 20b to which a conical centering face 17a of a centering member 17 is fitted is formed to a slanted face that widens upward, and slits 21... are cut longitudinally in circumferential direction. By lowering of the member 17, the slanted inner peripheral side face 20b is windened outward, and can change to large diameter elastically.
