CONSTITUTION:When a flapper valve 33 cuts off the first line 1 and common line 5, the blower of the first line 1 is stopped and the blower of the second line 2 is operated, and granules are bent in the arrow X2 direction from the second line 2. On the contrary, when the blower of the second line 2 is stopped and the blower of the first line 1 is operated at the same time, the pressure in the first line 1 situated upstream the flapper valve 33 is increased, the flapper valve 33 is applied with the monent in the reverse D direction and is rotated in the reverse D direction against the resilience of a spring, it is switched to the fully closed position of 33'' excedding the B line at the center of the rotation angle, thus the first line 1 and the common line 5 are mutually communicated, and granules are shifted from the first line 1 to the common line 5.
