PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a transmission station by detecting a system change code showing a change of the system change by a transmission station and informing the system change to a connecting device in case the connecting device for transmission stations executes the process control in response to the change of the system state. CONSTITUTION:The reception data is given to a transmitter/receiver 31-1 from a transmission circuit 2, and the system state information is stored to a system state memory 31-3 of a memory 31-2 via a signal line 32-1. The system change code is stored to a system change code memory 31-4 via a signal line 32-2. Then the detection is decided for generation of a system change when the difference is produced between the contents of the system change code and those of the preceding time. Then the generation of the system change is informed to a control computer 4 from a signal line 32-3. Knowing the generating of the system change, the computer 4 reads out the contents of a system state memory 31-3 through a signal line 32-4 and studies the factor of the state change of a transmission control system. Then the computer 4 executes the process control according to the factor of the change. |
