PURPOSE:To alleviate vibration of an X-ray tube as a whole by providing magnets around an axis wherein the one end of support which is supporting the end part of rotating anode of X-ray tube is extended and arranging electromagnets which effectuates a repulsive force surrounding said magnets. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray tube providing a rotating anode 2 at the inside of glass valve 6 is arranged with the end part thereof in the side of rotating anode supported by the support 11a having an adequate rigidity, within a case 8 housing insulation oil 15. Moreover, the axis 18a extended to the outside of tube coaxially with the center axis of X-ray tube from the end part of support 11a is provided, a plurality of magnets 22 are provided around said axis, and moreover electromagnets 21 which is fixed to the case 8 surrounding the magnets 22 and generates repulsive force to the magnets 22 is also provided. Accordingly, vibration of X-ray tube can be suppressed by freely giving adequate repulsive force in the opposite direction to the vibrating direction from the electromagnet 22. Simultaneously, vibration can be detected by the electromagnet 22. |
