PURPOSE:To obtain an analytical slide, by a simple apparatus having such a mechanism that a plurality of groove-shaped drawn parts are provided to a continuous mount base material in the running direction thereof while said base material is made to run and, after a reagent layer and a development layer are subsequently formed to the drawn parts in succession, the non-drawn parts are slit in the longitudinal direction before cut in the width direction. CONSTITUTION:A mount base material 1 such as a transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet is attracted to the mold frame 8, which is arranged to the back surface side of the base material 1, under vacuum by using a drawing apparatus 6 while said base material 1 is made to run and two or more of grooves 7 are formed to the base material 1 in the running direction. In the next step, a liquid reagent is flowed downwardly along a slide hopper 11 by using a reagent layer forming means 9 to form reagent layers 10 to the grooves 7 and a liquid development material is subsequently flowed downwardly to form development layers 13 on the layers 10. Next, the non-drawn parts 7' of the base material 1 are slit in the longitudinal direction by a slitter 15 to form slits 16 and the slit base material 1 is cut in the cross direction as shown by the numeral 18 by a cross cutter 17 to obtain individual slides 19 for chemical analysis. By this method, the slide is continuously prepared in a good mass production system by simple equipment. |
