PURPOSE:To realize a servo mechanism with high reliability through stable servo operation by outputting a speed signal eliminated with mechanical vibrating components through an output as the result of synthesis between an output of a secondary notch filter and an output of a secondary LPF. CONSTITUTION:A drive current of a servo motor 101 is detected by a current detecting circuit 104, inputted to a speed signal synthesis circuit 100 as an acceleration signal I1 by a gain Gc, a speed detecting circuit 103 detects the displacement X0 of a head moving part 102 with a position signal, differentiates a position signal, outputs it as a speed signal V1 with a gain of GVS and the result is inputted to the circuit 100. The signal I1 is inputted to a gain matching element 5 of the circuit 100, and the signal V1 is inputted to the secondary notch filter 3. The output of the element 5 is inputted to the secondary LPF4 via a gain matching element 6, the output of the LPF4 and the outout of the filter 3 are synthesized by a mixer 7 to obtain a speed signal V2 from which the mechanical vibrating components are eliminated. |
