PURPOSE:To enhance maintenability efficiently by transmitting transmission information to the station which transmits transmission stop information by the opposite station which receives the transmission information, and indicating the condition of the self station or the breakdown condition of other stations in accordance with the receiving of the transmission information by the station which receives the transmission information respectively. CONSTITUTION:A master station 2 or a slave station 3, which detects the abnormal condition by an abnormal condition detector 22 or 23, transmits transmission stop information by a constant cycle to the opposite station 3 or 2 by transmission by a down character transmitter 21 or 31 which indicates the transmission stop by the constant cycle. The opposite station 3 or 2, which receives the transmission stop information, transmits the transmission information to the station 2 or 3 by the same as the former cycle or by other constant cycles. In this case, the station 3 or 2, which receives the transmission information, displays 34 or 35 the condition of the self station or the breakdown condition of the opposite station in accordance with the receiving 33 or 32 of the transmission information. |
