PURPOSE:To improve workability for detecting a corrosion resistance effect area by inserting an in-pipe wire passing tool into a coated metallic pipe, and detecting the corrosion resistance potential by using a voltmeter. CONSTITUTION:To a coated metallic pipe 52 buried in the lower part of the ground 51, a current flow anode 53 of magnesium, etc. is connected, and corrosion resistance of a steel pipe is executed. When detecting whether a corrosion- resistant current flows to the metallic pipe 52 or not, a U-shaped pipe 58 is connected to the upper part of a vertical pipe 55, and water-sealed by water 59. As a result, it is prevented that a gas fuel jets out to the outside through a valve 56. An in-pipe wire passing tool 60 is inserted into the metallic pipe 52 through the valve 56 being in an open state, the vertical pipe 55 and a feed pipe 54 from the U-shaped pipe 58. The in-pipe wire passing tool 60 contacts to the inside surface of the metallic pipe 52, and the corrosion-resistant potential is detected by a voltmeter 61. Accordingly, the corrosion resistance effect area is detected easily. |
