PURPOSE:To form the resin-cast electric apparatus having no cracks and exfoliation by a method wherein an electrically insulative net is integrally provided on the surface of the resin containing inorganic filling mateial cast on the electrically insulated reinforced part of the electric apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The coil 1 of a fluorescent lamp stabilizer is housed in a stabilizer case 2, a net 4 made of polyester fibers of 5X5mm. meshes is provided on the surface formed by casting the unsaturated polyester resin material 3 containing 50wt% of silica. The above is hardened by heating and formed in one body. An electrically insulated net is made of the inorganic fibers such as glass, asbestos and the like, the organic synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyacryl, polyurethan, polyamide, polyvinyl alcohol and the like, or the natural fibers such as cotton and the like. A cheese cloth, a sheeting and the like which are similar to a net may be used. The above-mentioned electrically insulated net has the characteristics wherein the bubbles contained in or adhered to the inorganic filling material or generated from the cast resin containing inorganic filling material or a large quantity of the microscopic bubbles of 0.1-0.5mm. in diameter engulfed when mixing are exhausted into the air. |
