<p>PURPOSE:To increase the intake efficiency by providing in a piston an intake gas passage for a swash plate type compressor widely used for a car cooling system and by simplifying the shape of a front/rear cover and reducing the pressure loss of intake gas. CONSTITUTION:An intake gas passage 4 is formed, penetrating a swash plate 22 of a piston 1, a shoe disk 23, a concave section 2 for a ball 4, and a piston head 3. An intake valve 5 is provided on the piston head 3, and a exhaust valve 36 is provided on the front and rear covers to simplify the shape of these covers. Since the intake gas led into a cylinder block 7 goes from the concave section 2 through the intake gas passage into a pump room 25, the mixed lubricating oil is well supplied to the sliding sections.</p> |
