PURPOSE:The titled fiber distinguishable from other fibers during process such as spinning, etc. without falling off, capable of being simply and easily decolored after its use, obtained by coloring cellulosic fiber with alkali hydrolyzable dye temporarily. CONSTITUTION:Cellulosic fiber is temporarily colored with alkali hydrolyzable dye (preferably disperse dye containing two or more carboxylic acid esters), to give the desired fiber. Preferably 0.2-0.5wt% solution of the dye is used. The fiber is decolored by alkali treatment by using caustic soda, etc.
