PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing and repair costs of current conducting rolls and making maintenance easy by providing said rolls so as to face deflector rolls provided above a plating cell. CONSTITUTION:Deflector rolls 8 are disposed in place of conventional current conducting rolls on the lower side of a travelling material 4 to be plated above a plating cell 1 and >=1 pieces of current conducting rolls 5' having a small diameter are provided via the plate 4 so as to face the rolls 8. The diameter of the current conducting rolls can be decreased with such device and therefore the device is economical; moreover, the reinstallation of the rolls in short time is made possible in the case of exchanging said rolls by removing upward the roll 5' as it is without cutting the plate 4.
