PURPOSE:To obtain the titled fiber having uniform and high intertwining degree, and free from fluffing and single yarn breakage, by melting and spinning a polymer, cooling and solidifying the fiber, intertwining with an interlace nozzle between an oiling device and a take-up roll group, and winding at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:A molten polyester polymer is extruded through the spinneret 1 to obtain the yarn Y, which is cooled and solidified with the cooling device 2. The solidified yarn is oiled with the oiling device 3, and intertwined and collected with the interlace nozzle 5a between the oiling device 3 and the first take-up roll group 6. The yarn is again intertwined to a higher degree with the second interlace nozzle 5b between the first take-up roll group 6 and the second take-up roll group 7, and wound with the winder 9 at a speed of >=5,000m/min to obtain the objective fiber.
