NOISE ATTENUATOR FOR CLOSED ROTARY COMPRESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To keep the natural frequency away from a specific frequency and improve the anti-noise characteristics by providing a cylindrical metallic body around the straight tube extending in an accumulator equipped for a closed rotary compressor which is used in an air conditioner or the like. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator 6 is fixed in parallel with a closed vessel 3 using a mounting support 8 and connected to an inlet port 4 of a compressor element 1 by use of a bent tube 5. On the top of a straight tube 9, a portion of the bent tube 5 extending in this accumulator 6, a cylindrical metallic body 10 is fixed by means of welding or press fitting. And by fixing a connecting straight tube 11, the vibration response of the vibrating body in the direction perpendicular to its axis is designed to be improved without enlarging the size of the accumulator 6 so that the natural frequency may be kept away from a specific frequency and the anti-noise charateristics may be improved.
