PURPOSE:To eliminate an ultrasonic noise signal from a containing box by fixing an electromagnetic ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving coil into the containing box through a necessary packing material. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting and receiving coil 4 is fixed to a non-conductive containing box 5 by a packing material 13 of a resin, etc. in which a metallic fine powder such as a tungsten oxide powder, etc. of an acoustic wave scattering material is mixed. In this way, an ultrasonic noise by a high frequency oscillation of the coil 4 itself is eliminated easily and sufficiently, and the ultrasonic measuring property is improved remarkably.
