PURPOSE:To assemble a hot skid rail at a low cost without using bolts and pins by engaging the front leg part of a saddle-shaped base piece with the mounting plate on a water cooling pipe, fitting the rear leg part thereof with the front leg part of the saddle-shaped base piece and assembling successively the rail toward the upper stream. CONSTITUTION:A rear mounting fixture 3' having a front recess 10' to be fitted to the rear projecting part 11 of a saddle-shaped base piece 3 is fixed onto a water cooling pipe 2. The projecting part 14 for engagement projected on the rear of the front leg part 13 forming the piece 3 is fitted into the hollow groove 12 for engagement inscribed on the front face of a front mounting plate 4 (and rear mounting plate 5) fixed preliminarily at a prescribed interval on the pipe 2 and at the same time the rear projecting part 11 of a rear leg part 15 is fitted into the recess 10'. The piece 3 is assembled successvely toward the upper stream side by a joint system and finally the projecting part 6 of a front mounting fixture 1 is fitted into the front recess 10 formed to the part 13 of the piece 3 by which the assembly of the hot skid rail is completed. |
