PURPOSE:To provide the titled adhesive which is odorless and has excellent adhesion and water resistance, consisting of a carboxyl group-contg. acrylic resin emulsion, a polyester resin emulsion and a specified aziridine compd. CONSTITUTION:0.5-20wt% monomer contg. a carboxyl group and an alpha,beta-unsaturated double bond (e.g. acrylic acid) and 99.5-80wt% 1-8C alkyl (meth)acrylate are emulsion-polymerized to obtain a carboxyl group-contg. acrylic resin emulsion (A). 10-70pts.wt. (on a solid basis) polyester resin emulsion (B) obtd. by neutralizing a polyester resin contg. free carboxyl groups and having an MW of 3,000-60,000 with an amine or ammonia in an aq. medium and 1-25pts.wt. aziridine compd. (C) contg. at least two aziridinyl groups per molecule (e.g. 2,4- diethylureatoluidine) are blended with 100pts.wt. (on a solid basis) component A.
