摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate a conventional torsion bar, by a method wherein an input shaft and a pinion shaft, which are relatively rotatably coupled together, are intercoupled by a cam mechanism which is located between the two shafts and is increased in a press force depending on a car speed. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 12, which is rotatably supported within a valve housing 11, and a pinion shaft 14, which is rotatably supported within a gear housing 13, are relatively rotatably engaged with each other between the end parts thereof, and the two shafts 12 and 14 are intercoupled through a cam mechanism 30a and a pressing mechanism 30b. The end part of the input shaft 12 forms a valve rotor 21 engaged inwardly with a valve sleeve 22, and a switching valve mechanism is formed with the two members 21 and 22. The sleeve 22 is coupled to the upper end of the pinion shaft 14 through a coupling pin 23, and a rod 33, having the upper end thereof secured to the input shaft 12, is inserted into a through-hole 14a in said shaft 14. The lower end of the rod 33 is caused to face on the upper surface of a piston 34 on which an oil pressure in a cylinder part 31a proportioning a car speed is exerted and which is provided at the upper part with a cam surface.
