PURPOSE:To maintain the floating clearance of a head core with high accuracy and to make welding unnecessary by forming a spring part and the head core fitting part with 1 board member. CONSTITUTION:Assembling of a board member 11 and a head core 8 in the floating type magnetic head is executed by fixing the head core through a protrusion part 11E for fixing the head core to a head core fixing part 11D. For this reason, what is made with conventional technics is positioned accurately to a load spring 1 so that a flexer 4 may not cause dislocation, the welding work is necessary to be formed in the adjusted condition. However, in the present invention, the head core 8 is only fixed to the head core fitting part 11D in a body with a spring part 11C. For this reason, even when the board member 11 is put in the condition fixed to an arm, the relative position between the head core 8 and a magnetic disk can be maintained with high accuracy, the floating clearance can be preserved in a fixed manner at the time of read and write. |
