PURPOSE:To reduce the noises without influencing adversely on characteristics of a differential sense amplifier by making forcibly the same waveform as a noise waveform generated on an MBM output part and by utilizing effectively the same phase component removal system. CONSTITUTION:This invention is constituted with an X coil 1a and a Y coil 1b, which consist of an HR coil, two atenuators 2, an XY waveform synthesizing circuit 3, a variable atenuator 4 and a differential sense amplifier 5. An output signal obtained from an output part of an MBM6 and a noise cancel signal synthesized by the atenuator 2 and the variable atenuator 4 are added to the differential sense amplifier 5, and noises are reduced by the same phase signal removal system. Even when there are plural output parts of the MBM6, and a noise of each output is made of a different waveform, an independent noise cancel circuit by output part is provided. |
