X-RAY SNAPSHOTTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To perform continuous partial photography in the conveyance direction of cut films without any trouble by providing a carriage itself with press-contacting mechanism for holding a cut film between front and rear sheets of intensifying screens and a resetting mechanism for it. CONSTITUTION:A couple of large and small feed rollers 6 and 6 are supported rotatably on a cantilever support shaft fixed to the frame body 7 of the carriage 3, and constitute a film conveying mechanism which clamps an unexposed cut film 8 sent out of a supply magazine 1 to the carriage 3 at a photography stand- by position with ear end parts of the rollers 6 and 6 and sends it into the gap formed between the front intensifying screen 9 and rear intensifying screen 10 provided in the carriage 3. An operating lever 15 is drawn toward the frame body 7 of the carriage 3 normally with the elastic force of a tension coil spring 20 to press the press-contacting plate 13, i.e. rear intensifying screen 10 against the front intensifying screen 9 through a bracket 14 coupled with the operating lever 15 with a pin. A plate cam 2 operates the operating lever 15 by the rotation of a rotating shaft 22.
