PURPOSE:To obtain high-quality hard twisted yarn, by making yarn unreeled from a twister run from a wetting heater through a roller attached to a false twister spindle to the hollow part of the false twister spindle, winding it thorough a guide part of twist tension setting lever. CONSTITUTION:The yarn (a) is unreeled from the twister A revolving at high speed with twisting the yarn, the yarn is sent from a yarn collecting guide through the wetting heater B, wound round the roller 11 once or more, and passed through the hollow part of the false spindle C. The yarn is wound round the tip part 14 of the false twist spindle, introduced to the guide parts 17 and 18 of the twist tension setting lever D, and wound round the roll 23. The false spindle C is rotated at such speed as to untwist the yarn twisted by the twister approximately to a not twisted state. |
