PURPOSE:To operate an information apparatus by transmitting a signal transmitted to an input terminal by wireless, to a shift register, comparing it with a data recorded in advance in the register by a comparator, and outputting an OK signal in case when they coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:A signal transmitted by wireles from other information apparatus is received by an input terminal 110, and transmitted to a shift register 112 being a memory. A data stored in advance in the register and a transmitted data are outputted in parallel, and compared by a comparator 114. In case when they coincide with each other, an OK signal is outputted, so that a small- sized portable information apparatus itself is operated by this OK signal. In this way, an information apparatus by a new information exchange system can be offered, and its effect is large.
