PURPOSE:To allow a rod to be operated via a lever bar and make the device compact by arranging the rod connected to the speed change arm of each speed change mechanism between both arms in the device allowing the speed change operation of two speed change mechanisms with one operation bar. CONSTITUTION:In a speed change operation device performing the speed change operation of a speed change mechanism (e.g., creep mechanism) and a speed change mechanism (e.g., sub-speed change mechanism) by acting on speed change arms 11, 12 made in one body with support shafts 9, 10 having a shift fork, etc., a U-shaped holder 13 is fixed to the outer wall of a transmission case 4 between the speed change arms 11, 12 with a bolt 14. A rod 17 is supported by a support cylinder above and below this holder 13 slidably and rotatably, and an operation bar 3 is connected to the upper end of the rod 17 via a lever bar. The speed change arm 11 is connected to the middle section of the rod 17 via a lever, and the speed change arm 12 is connected to the lever fixed to a U-shaped section 33 floatingly coupled with the rod 17 via a turn buckle 37 respectively. |
